Short Wait Time
Everything was great, but the provider that saw me misdiagnosed me, in my opinion. She said I have allergic rhinitis, but despite following her instructions, I am much worse. I told her about my history of sinus infections, but she still did not consider steroids nor antibiotics. I am actually much worse now than when I saw her, but I have no way to get back in touch with her. I know that things are tough, and I appreciate the care that was rendered. I just wanted to feel better to enjoy this last week at home.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. My daughter had been experiencing ear pain and it was not improving. I was able to look online and see that there was nobody on the waitlist. I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour and fill out the paperwork before I even left. I was able to check in and pay easily. The wait was not too long and the staff and doctor were all very kind and friendly. My daughter felt comfortable and got the help she needed.
